The Indiana Foodways GIS portal hosts a variety of geospatial content related to foodways in the state of Indiana, ranging from raw data to highly produced story maps. Much of what you see utilizes ArcGIS Online's content, although there are some features accessible to the general (non-IU) public.
Indiana Foodways GIS is a collaborative project supported by an IU Office of the Vice Provost for Research Collaborative Research Grant.
